About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee customer service, administrative, operations, and logistics staff in the branch
  • Assist the Branch Manager in managing resources within the branch
  • Supervise and mentor customer service, administrative, warehouse, and transportation functions
  • Staff service and administrative functions and monitor related employee performance
  • Implement customer-facing service solutions and e-commerce solutions
  • Set branch schedules and establish procedures
  • Resolve service failures
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager in managing profitability, expenses, and assets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • SAP and Microsoft Office experience
  • Supervisory and leadership skills; ability to motivate and support a team
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • 3+ years experience required
  • 2 year degree preferred
  • Monday–Friday availability, 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Ability to work three days per week in Burlington, VT and two days per week in Rutland, VT
