About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish and build strategic relationships with key client stakeholders across transactional to moderately complex accounts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive account retention and expansion
  • Enhance client satisfaction by aligning evolving business needs with products and services
  • Oversee implementation of products and services while managing risks, scope, and budget expectations
  • Conduct training sessions on products and services
  • Partner with Business Development, Marketing, Underwriting, Accounting, and Claims teams
  • Compile, analyze, and present data insights on operational efficiency, performance trends, and account growth
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication and documentation with clients and internal teams
  • Focus on client retention, satisfaction, and operational support rather than cold calling, prospecting, or sales quotas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree generally preferred
  • Generally, 3-6 years of Account / Relationship Management experience
  • Finance, Leasing, or Commercial Insurance experience and/or knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to travel 25-35% of the time throughout the US and Canada
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
