About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze business issues and define requirements to design IT solutions aligned with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with program managers, project managers, and project teams to gather information, model system requirements, and document specifications
  • Develop and implement automated system protocols to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop workflow charts and diagrams to study system capabilities
  • Participate in writing detailed specifications
  • Create end-user documentation and participate in training delivery as needed
  • Monitor project milestones, phases, and elements to support timely and budget-compliant delivery
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
  • Generally, a minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Experience in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and/or maintaining applications, or configuring and using application software in a business setting
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
