About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with data analysis and reporting using ServiceNow, UC4, and Snowflake
Collaborate with team members to gather and understand data requirements
Help support teams prioritize work focus based on data findings
Document workflow processes and project progress
Present findings and insights to stakeholders
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on data improvements and opportunities for change
Lead weekly Change Advisory Board meetings (pCAB, dCAB)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to work in the office at minimum three days a week
Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2029 or 2030 graduation year
Background in data analytics or a related field
Experience with Snowflake is highly desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Keen interest in learning and developing soft skills, such as presenting, collaborating, and documenting work
Open to change and excited about improvement opportunities
