About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process and review high-volume property insurance submissions received through a shared inbox
  • Research and validate submission information using internal systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional business or administrative education preferred
  • Previous administrative support, data entry, insurance operations, underwriting support, or related experience preferred
  • Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive processing tasks while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance and error-free work
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship
  • Ability to work a standard schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
  • Dedicated, distraction-free workspace required
