About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery within the defined product
  • Partner with dependent teams and delivery leads for successful product delivery
  • Coordinate across Product Owners, TPMs, and Delivery Leads to resolve blockers and delivery conflicts
  • Ensure the backlog is refined, sustainable, and actionable
  • Facilitate delivery-team ceremonies including standups, planning, and retrospectives
  • Partner with technical teams to understand technical direction and capabilities for decisions and trade-offs
  • Partner with the Product Owner on backlog prioritization and technical considerations
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration and decision-making
  • Ensure defined SDLC practices are followed through development and maintenance
  • Create a sustainable operational model with efficient use of AMS
  • Serve as the IT-side face of the product and primary escalation and communication point
  • Define product vision, objectives, and strategies with business and IT stakeholders
  • Define OKRs and success metrics with business stakeholders and Product Owners
  • Monitor product performance, including KPIs and key results
  • Ensure the Product Delivery team understands objectives and success criteria
  • Create delivery options with Tech Leads, Anchors, and UX to meet business objectives
  • Partner with the Delivery Leader on team needs, pain points, risks, and opportunities
  • Use user feedback and data to guide future product direction
  • Apply LEAN product principles across teams, iterations, stories, and releases

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience, including experience in Technical Product Management
  • Strong understanding of product development and development frameworks, ideally Extreme Programming
  • Advanced analytical skills for gathering and analyzing data to drive problem solving and decision-making
  • Advanced business knowledge and understanding of organizational business and technology operations
  • Strong customer focus; responsive, consultative, collaborative, and accurate work approach
  • Certification in Lean methodologies preferred
  • User-Centered Design certification preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship
