About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development and maintenance of the product roadmap

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch
  • Lead engineering teams to deliver features and enhancements on time
  • Serve as the key contact for product-related inquiries
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress across the organization
  • Maintain product status, costs, scope, risks, and mitigations
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain a prioritized, ready backlog
  • Coach staff and participate in talent selection, development, and performance management decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Generally, a minimum of 6-10 years of related experience, including experience in Technical Product Management
  • Certification in Lean methodologies preferred
  • Strong understanding of product development and development frameworks, ideally Extreme Programming
  • User-Centered Design certification preferred
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Understanding of business and technology operations
  • Ability to gather and analyze data for problem solving and decision-making
  • Strong customer focus
  • Product management experience for complex products and potentially multiple teams
  • Ability to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship
