About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain expertise in the Great Minds professional services catalog
  • Provide high-quality on-site support, coaching, and professional development to assigned schools
  • Deliver a blend of professional development facilitation and coaching
  • Engage in internal training to develop expertise in new professional services offerings, facilitation, coaching skills, and Great Minds products
  • Cultivate and maintain a strong and supportive Great Minds culture in all work environments
  • Support districts and schools in successfully implementing Great Minds curricula
  • Provide on-site professional development or coaching with occasional virtual sessions
  • Travel occasionally beyond the Midwest region based on regional needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of experience teaching or coaching
  • At least 1 year of experience delivering high-quality professional development
  • Experience implementing one of Great Minds curricula, especially Wit & Wisdom and/or Eureka Math
  • Proficiency with or alignment to Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy
  • Deep content knowledge in humanities, mathematics, or science
  • Experience with both digital and print education platforms
  • Strong organizational habits for goal setting, project management, collective decision making, deadline execution, and record keeping
  • Ability to make solutions-oriented decisions through flexible thinking in an ambiguous, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Candidates should be located in the Midwest US: Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to fly and drive
  • Ability to provide a cover letter and resume
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Ability to provide declaration of COVID-19 vaccination status
  • Ability to commit to supporting a minimum of 5 service days from September 2026 through June 2027 on an as-needed basis
