About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Great Minds' professional services catalog
  • Provide high-quality on-site support, coaching, and professional development to assigned schools
  • Engage in internal training cycles to develop or deepen expertise in professional services, facilitation, coaching, and Great Minds products
  • Work as part of a regional team to support districts and schools in implementing Great Minds curricula
  • Deliver a blend of professional development facilitation and coaching
  • Cultivate and maintain a strong and supportive Great Minds culture emphasizing trust, collegiality, curiosity, and quality
  • Provide onsite professional development or coaching, with occasional virtual sessions
  • Travel occasionally beyond the Western US region based on regional needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of experience teaching or coaching
  • At least 1 year of experience delivering high-quality professional development
  • Experience implementing one of Great Minds curricula, especially Wit & Wisdom and/or Eureka Math
  • Proficiency with or alignment to Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy
  • Deep content knowledge in humanities, mathematics, or science
  • Experience with both digital and print education platforms
  • Strong organizational habits for goal setting, project management, collective decision making, deadline execution, and record keeping
  • Ability to make solutions-oriented decisions through flexible thinking in an ambiguous, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Located in the Western US: New Mexico, Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, or Montana
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to fly and drive
  • Able to commit to supporting a minimum of 5 service days from September 2026 through June 2027
  • Willingness to provide a cover letter and resume
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Must provide declaration of COVID-19 vaccination status
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
