About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement Great Minds project management processes and industry best practices across multiple projects
- Create, update, and manage project documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document project scope and requirements iteratively
- Determine resources needed to meet negotiated project timelines
- Create and maintain detailed Smartsheet project plans and schedules with dependencies
- Anticipate, document, and manage project risks; develop mitigation strategies
- Manage change, document scope changes, and negotiate timeline adjustments
- Monitor project costs against budgets and report variances to stakeholders
- Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional professionals
- Provide other project support as needed
- Coordinate multiple functional teams responsible for curriculum and ancillary product creation, production, and delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years working on cross-functional projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT), Microsoft SharePoint, or similar collaboration software
- Effective analytical and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with project management principles and ideally Smartsheet or similar project management software
- Sound organizational habits for goal setting, collaborative problem solving, deadline execution, and record keeping
- Ability to manage activities for multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to anticipate project roadblocks and develop creative solutions
- Ability to make solutions-oriented decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Ability to work remotely and independently while collaborating effectively
