Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the educational sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of educational programs, curriculum, and pedagogy
  • Ability to articulate the value of educational solutions clearly and compellingly
  • Proven success managing and growing a sales pipeline within a designated territory
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, particularly with Pre-Sales, Success, and Implementation teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or Liberal Arts
  • Candidates must reside within the designated territory: Kern County, Ventura County, or California
  • Ability to periodically lift, reach, and move product up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time through domestic air travel and driving a car, including overnight stays
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Must provide declaration of COVID-19 vaccination status
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be able to perform the role at certain client sites depending on vaccination status
