About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-quality digital design across Sportsbook, Retail, Gaming, and Acquisition channels
Produce banners, landing pages, web assets, and digital campaigns for ATL and BTL divisions across multiple formats and platforms
Create motion graphics, animated banners, and short-form video content for social, web, and campaigns
Edit and cut footage for multi-platform delivery, from teaser clips to full campaign edits
Help reduce design cycle time through specialist production capacity
Collaborate with motion designers and video editors on larger productions
Support print workflows
Integrate generative AI tools into day-to-day design production, including AI-assisted video generation and motion concepting

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in a digital design role, ideally within a fast-paced in-house or agency environment
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
Confident producing motion graphics, animated assets, and short-form video edits using After Effects and Premiere or equivalent
Portfolio/reel demonstrating strong pacing, typography-in-motion, and platform-native video content for social, web, and display
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, RunwayML, and Flora, including AI video and motion tools
Ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines
Strong eye for detail, typography, and layout across digital and motion formats
Collaborative, team-first attitude with clear and confident communication
Portfolio including a motion/video reel
Experience in betting, gaming, or sports media, ATL and BTL campaigns, print production workflows, AI design workflow documentation, sound design, colour grading, or basic 3D/motion tools is advantageous
