About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with account managers and assigned retailers to plan, submit, and oversee the execution of promotional programs for brands
  • Serve as the primary promotions lead for designated retailers
  • Foster strong relationships with brands and account managers
  • Ensure alignment on promotional strategies
  • Manage annual promotional planning in collaboration with brands, account managers, and retailers
  • Continuously improve processes, troubleshoot challenges, and address concerns with the broader Green Spoon team
  • Accurately document and organize vendor commitments in shared company folders for transparency and tracking
  • Maintain and optimize company tools and resources to support internal teams and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience managing promotions or working in a related field within the natural food industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously for high-profile retailers
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills to work effectively with internal teams, retailers, and brand partners
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in managing promotional planning tools and systems
  • Great attention to detail & highly organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Solid understanding of retailer pricing & discounts required
  • Previous natural foods & grocery experience required
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills
