About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect, organize, and analyze market and sales performance data using Power BI and Tableau
  • Develop and present performance dashboards and reports for the sales team and commercial management
  • Integrate data from multiple digital sources to create a more complete and unified view of reports and KPIs
  • Contribute to defining targets and KPIs for the sales team, monitor results, and recommend strategic adjustments
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to plan and implement initiatives that increase lead conversion and optimize the sales cycle
  • Manage sales KPIs
  • Administer the Salesforce CRM, managing the pipeline, contracts, and CRM-related matters, including delivering training to the team
  • Evaluate operational and administrative processes, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Provide support to the sales team
  • Manage processes from pre-sales through post-sales

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills and intermediate proficiency in other applications
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau
  • Intermediate English proficiency is a plus
  • Previous experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate with people at various organizational levels
