About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with attorneys, practice groups, and innovation stakeholders to identify high-impact generative AI and legal technology opportunities
  • Design, roll out, and scale practice-specific AI-enabled workflows
  • Engage attorneys to understand adoption challenges, gather feedback, and recommend practical solutions
  • Design and support onboarding, training, and enablement programs, including presentations, workshops, demos, and written materials
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact between attorneys and the Innovation Department
  • Monitor usage trends and engagement signals to identify training and reinforcement opportunities
  • Contribute to knowledge management initiatives using responsible AI
  • Translate attorney feedback into actionable insights for Innovation leadership
  • Support pilots of new AI tools and workflows, including coordination, documentation, and outcome assessment
  • Act as a change champion by reinforcing best practices and coaching attorneys through transitions
  • Assist with Innovation Department initiatives, special projects, and other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced graduate degree required; JD preferred
  • Approximately 3+ years of professional experience, ideally involving legal practice support, innovation, knowledge management, or client-facing roles
  • Relevant legal experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment preferred
  • Experience supporting attorneys, clients, or internal stakeholders through change, training, or process improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies, particularly generative AI, and their application in legal or professional services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical guidance for diverse audiences
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on adoption and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Professional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfort using collaboration, knowledge management, and workflow tools such as SharePoint and HighQ
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new legal technology and AI-enabled tools
  • Familiarity with automation or reporting tools is a plus but not required
