About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end product marketing for near.com, including positioning, messaging, go-to-market, launches, and adoption
  • Define and refine target audiences, core use cases, value proposition, and competitive positioning using user, product, and market insights
  • Translate research, feedback, and behavioral data into actionable Product and UX recommendations
  • Partner with Product and Growth to improve acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention
  • Lead go-to-market for new features and releases, including launch strategy, messaging, distribution, and success metrics
  • Own product-facing communications and enablement, including website messaging, onboarding, launch materials, FAQs, decks, and product education
  • Support NEAR Intents product marketing and partner launches with CEXs, wallets, fintech platforms, and other distribution partners
  • Build repeatable product marketing processes and playbooks for scalable launches, experimentation, and adoption initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–7 years of experience in product marketing or a closely related product role
  • Ideally meaningful experience at a centralized exchange, fintech company, crypto wallet, or another trading, payments, or digital-asset product
  • Proven track record of owning go-to-market for product features or integrations end-to-end, from positioning and launch through adoption and performance tracking
  • Strong understanding of exchange, wallet, or fintech users and product teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to turn technical or ambiguous concepts into clear, compelling narratives for partner teams and end users
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving, resource-lean environment
  • Experience working effectively in remote, globally distributed teams
  • Solid working understanding of crypto fundamentals, including wallets, custody, swaps, and cross-chain transfers
  • Comfortable working closely with technical and engineering teams
