About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct telephone interviews according to survey protocols
Maintain documentation of telephone study contacts and call results
Review interviewing materials and CATI screens before calls
Organize and submit completed work at the end of each shift
Maintain confidentiality of collected data
Maintain good attendance
Read survey materials verbatim and record data accurately
Follow TRC rules and regulations
Communicate with the Shift Coordinator and implement study changes
Record timesheets accurately and promptly
Perform additional duties as instructed
Submit weekly payroll invoices

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
Good telephone skills are necessary
Spanish-speaking bilingual candidates must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish, including the ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in both languages
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with study participants and staff, verbally and in writing
Ability to present materials in a neutral and friendly manner
Professional and positive attitude
High-speed internet: 25 Mbps or higher
Must provide their own Windows 11 computer with at least 256GB storage; no Chromebooks
Headphones for participant privacy
Previous telephone survey and/or call center experience preferred
Additional monitor highly recommended
