Key responsibilities & impact

Work strategically with largest and fastest-growing customers to upgrade workflows, system configurations, and recruiting strategies
Build documentation and playbooks to standardize consulting engagements and processes
Strategize and oversee the professional services lifecycle of multiple projects simultaneously
Advise, educate, and facilitate changes for customers based on recommendations
Engage in change management and evangelism
Conduct account and workflow audits with detailed recommendations
Handle additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require
Own large and complex paid strategic enablement engagements via professional services
Accelerate Greenhouse-led implementations and conduct system audits, strategic advisement, reconfigurations, and change management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive Greenhouse knowledge
Project management experience
3+ years experience advising on talent-related functions
Experience helping to build internal programs and process improvements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage and work well on a team
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment with competing priorities
Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day
Evidence of right to work in Ireland required
Greenhouse cannot support employment permit applications for this role
