Key responsibilities & impact

Work strategically with largest and fastest-growing customers to upgrade workflows, system configurations, and recruiting strategies
Build documentation and playbooks to standardize consulting engagements and processes
Strategize and oversee the professional services lifecycle of multiple projects simultaneously
Advise, educate, and facilitate customer changes based on recommendations
Engage in change management and evangelism
Conduct account and workflow audits with detailed recommendations
Travel to customer and prospect sites, industry events, and Greenhouse offices
Handle additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive Greenhouse knowledge
Project management experience
3+ years of experience advising on talent-related functions
Experience helping to build internal programs and process improvements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Assertive, strategic, and thoughtful approach
Demonstrated ability to manage and work well on a team
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment with competing priorities
Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Travel availability of approximately 30% of working time, including possible overnight stays and domestic travel
