Key responsibilities & impact

  • Strategize and oversee the professional services lifecycle of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advise, educate, and facilitate customer changes based on recommendations

  • Manage complex paid strategic enablement engagements through professional services
  • Support Greenhouse-led implementations, system audits, strategic advisement, reconfigurations, and change management
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive Greenhouse knowledge
  • Project management experience
  • 3+ years experience advising on talent-related functions
  • Experience helping to build internal programs and process improvements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and work well on a team and adapt to a constantly changing environment with competing priorities
  • Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom as of the start date chosen by the Company
