About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze photovoltaic and wind projects to monitor all required variables
Generate single line diagrams of cabinets, including hardware for SCADA solutions, based on project descriptions and Project Manager indications
Collaborate with colleagues to meet delivery schedules and support general group activities
Support commissioning of SCADA systems, including travel for on-site plant visits
Spend up to 50% of time at renewable energy sites
Configure software to maximize the value of data
Write, critically review, and professionally present technical reports to clients
Implement SCADA and PPC in renewable energy sites within a project matrix organization
Deliver On-site Solutions projects while adhering to scope, schedule, and budget constraints
Create tools and automation processes to improve delivery efficiency and performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Engineering
At least 3 years of hands-on experience providing engineering and technical advice to renewable energy projects within solar PV, wind and/or BESS
Knowledge about industrial communication protocols like MODBUS or other relevant
Ability to create single line diagrams (AutoCAD)
Excellent planning and organizational skills to navigate seamlessly through the demands of handling multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills with the ability to craft clear and accurate reports and share technical concepts in concise manner
Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Pre-employment drug and background screening conducted
Experience working with SCADA systems (preferred)
Knowledge of Linux and networking (preferred)
