About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive planning, execution, and delivery of projects implementing GPM data-driven digital solutions (SCADA and PPC) for control, monitoring, and asset management of photovoltaic, wind, and battery storage sites
Oversee end-to-end project management from receipt of the Purchase Order through successful delivery and final customer acceptance
Define project requirements and develop detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
Supervise and delegate tasks across Project Engineers and cross-functional teams, including logistics, purchasing, IT, and GI
Oversee purchasing and supplier assignments to ensure timely procurement of required materials and services
Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting customer requirements and quality standards
Act as the primary client contact and manage relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Write technical reports and regularly communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to internal and external stakeholders
Drive continuous process improvements and project management best practices
Create and use tools and automation processes to improve delivery efficiency and performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum a bachelor´s degree in engineering
3+ years of experience in project management within the energy, renewable energy (solar PV, wind, and/or battery storage) or industrial automation sectors
Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial & industrial (C&I) and/or utility-scale projects
Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery, while balancing scope, schedule, and financial constraints
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders while maintaining high-quality standards
Customer-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on understanding client needs and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Fluency in written and spoken English

Certifications in project management preferred
Experience with monitoring and control in systems such as SCADA preferred
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, IEC 60870-5-104 (IEC104), IEC 61850, DNP3, or similar preferred
