About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, coordinate, and successfully deliver renewable energy projects
Oversee implementation of digital SCADA and PPC solutions for monitoring, control, and optimization of wind, solar, and energy storage assets
Manage projects end-to-end from Purchase Order receipt through customer delivery and final acceptance
Define project requirements and develop detailed plans covering milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
Supervise and delegate tasks across Project Engineers and cross-functional teams including logistics, purchasing, IT, and GI
Oversee purchasing and supplier assignments
Ensure delivery on time, within scope, within budget, and to required quality standards
Act as the primary client contact and manage stakeholder expectations
Write technical reports and regularly communicate progress, challenges, and solutions internally and externally
Drive project-management process improvements and best practices
Create tools and automation processes to improve On-site Solutions project execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum a bachelor´s degree in engineering
3+ years of experience in project management within the energy, renewable energy (solar PV, wind, and/or battery storage) or industrial automation sectors
Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial & industrial (C&I) and/or utility-scale projects
Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery, while balancing scope, schedule, and financial constraints
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders while maintaining high-quality standards
Customer-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on understanding client needs and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Fluency in written and spoken English
Fluency in written and spoken Spanish
Certifications in project management are preferred
Experience with monitoring and control in systems such as SCADA is preferred
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, IEC 60870-5-104 (IEC104), IEC 61850, DNP3, or similar is preferred
English-language CV required for consideration
