About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive leasing performance across the BTR portfolio by managing pipeline metrics, leasing pacing and conversion performance to maximise occupancy
- Lead the Central Leasing Team, ensuring strong enquiry handling, response times and consistent lead qualification standards
- Optimise the leasing funnel to improve lead-to-tour and tour-to-application conversion
- Coordinate central and onsite leasing teams for seamless handovers, consistent tour delivery and strong application outcomes
- Monitor inventory and leasing demand
- Provide insights and reporting to support portfolio optimisation and strategic decision making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Leasing or sales leadership experience across residential, multifamily, property or BTR environments, ideally supporting multiple assets or a centralised leasing model
- Strong understanding of leasing pipelines and conversion metrics
- Ability to analyse performance and improve results across the leasing funnel
- Experience leading or coaching leasing/sales teams in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
- Experience with Yardi or similar CRM/property systems is a bonus
- Encouragement for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and people of all backgrounds to apply
- Ability to advise the employer of support or access requirements at application
