About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Traffic and manage advertising campaigns in GT’s proprietary ad-serving platform, ensuring accurate and timely campaign setup and execution
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of multiple advertising campaigns simultaneously
- Proactively identify opportunities or issues that may impact campaign delivery
- Monitor first- and third-party reporting data to ensure campaigns are pacing and delivering against goals
- Perform quality assurance checks of campaign setup against client insertion orders
- Troubleshoot campaign and creative issues using available resources and tools
- Manage expectations, communication, and reporting metrics with internal team members
- Own reporting and month-end reconciliation with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Create and maintain documentation for the Ad Operations team
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently while collaborating with and supporting the broader team
- Take ownership of work, seek feedback, and identify opportunities to improve processes and performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of relevant experience, or 2+ years of transferable experience in digital advertising, including advertising platforms, online publishers, ad networks, digital agencies, or related fields
- Familiarity with digital media and ad technology, including experience with ad-serving platforms and/or Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and deliver high-quality work on time
- Strong communication and client-service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Ability to be proactive, resourceful, and self-sufficient while knowing when to collaborate or ask for support
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute wherever needed
- Growth mindset; coachable, receptive to feedback, and motivated to develop technical and industry expertise
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint
- Experience working with HTML5 and JavaScript ads
- Experience creating mobile rich media ads
- Experience troubleshooting and testing ads using tools such as Fiddler, Charles, or similar debugging tools
- Respectful, positive approach to working with others
