About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, organize, and supervise onsite construction activities for foundation repair and related groundwork services
Manage and coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors
Monitor project schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines
Enforce safety protocols and OSHA standards on job sites
Conduct quality inspections against design specifications and company standards
Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to provide updates and resolve issues
Lead safety meetings and training sessions
Oversee equipment, materials, logistics, and site access
Mentor and support field staff and junior superintendents
Investigate incidents or accidents and implement corrective measures
Assist with budgeting and field-operations cost control
Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 4 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in foundation repair, concrete lifting, or related groundwork
Strong knowledge of foundation repair techniques, waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete leveling
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors
Excellent understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce them effectively
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project schedules
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with project management software is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Commitment to uphold Groundworks’ standards of professionalism and customer service
Must regularly and reliably report to work on time each working day
