About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Agree annual sales targets with the retail partner network and support delivery of the overall sales plan
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and develop recovery plans where required
  • Identify sales opportunities within local dealer markets and work with Marketing to maximise potential
  • Build relationships with retail partners, driving sales performance, customer satisfaction and adherence to Lotus brand standards
  • Coach and support retail partners on Lotus sales processes
  • Support recruitment and development of new retail partners and authorised repairers across the BeNeLux region
  • Drive achievement of defined sales KPIs across the dealer network and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Support rollout of new Lotus IT systems, tools and processes across the network
  • Ensure retail partners understand and adopt new systems and processes
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales and regional teams to deliver commercial objectives
  • Provide regular market and network insight for business planning and decision-making
  • Travel frequently across the BeNeLux retail network and to the regional office in Paris

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least five years' relevant experience within automotive sales, dealer development, network management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of the BeNeLux automotive markets
  • Experience working with and developing dealer, retailer or distributor networks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch, French and English
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop sales opportunities
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Confidence to challenge performance and develop appropriate action plans
  • Proactive, self-starting approach with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across an international organisation
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Right to work in Belgium without visa sponsorship
  • Ability to travel freely as required by the role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Automotive Management, Finance & Controlling, Business Management or a related discipline (preferred)
  • Experience within the premium, luxury or performance automotive sector (preferred)
  • Experience supporting the growth or transformation of an automotive retail network (preferred)
