About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee HR support for the Group’s Sales and Support functions, covering approximately 150 employees across France
- Advise and support managers and employees on individual and collective HR matters
- Analyze HR situations and provide appropriate recommendations
- Provide expertise on organization, management, and the application of internal policies
- Support certain disciplinary procedures, terminations, and sensitive individual situations
- Ensure compliance with employment law, internal agreements, and applicable collective bargaining agreements
- Manage and complete KPIs for the assigned scope and propose the necessary action plans
- Lead annual and professional development review campaigns
- Prepare and co-facilitate career review committees and related action plans
- Contribute to identifying and monitoring training and skills development needs
- Participate in discussions regarding mobility, promotions, and career development
- Provide analysis and recommendations during salary reviews
- Contribute to the rollout of HR and Group projects
- Contribute to employee recruitment and onboarding
- Participate in strategic or sensitive recruitment processes
- Ensure the quality of onboarding and monitor probationary periods
- Contribute to preparing meetings with employee representatives and participate in CSE meetings
- Participate in preparing for and conducting collective bargaining negotiations
- Manage an HR and Recruitment Officer and coordinate their activities
- Collect, enter, and verify payroll variable data in collaboration with the Payroll team
- Ensure the accuracy of employee information in Silae and Lucca
- Monitor key HR indicators and contribute to harmonizing Group practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Human Resources or Employment Law
- Five to seven years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Experience supporting managers and handling a wide range of HR situations
- Experience supporting sales teams, employees spread across multiple geographic locations, or working in an environment governed by multiple collective bargaining agreements would be a significant advantage
- Knowledge of the VRP employment status would be appreciated
- Initial experience managing or supporting an employee would be a plus
- Knowledge of LUCCA and SILAE would be a plus
