About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect, verify, and enter variable payroll data (absences, leave, overtime, bonuses, etc.)
- Prepare payslips in compliance with employment legislation and deadlines
- Manage statutory social declarations (DSN) and liaise with social security and other relevant authorities
- Monitor social security contributions and review feedback from the relevant authorities
- Process final pay and settlement documents upon termination
- Participate in payroll audits and data validation initiatives
- Act as the point of contact for employees regarding all payroll-related questions
- Participate in an interview with a recruiter, followed by an interview with the manager of the relevant department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or training in Human Resources, Payroll, or Employment Law
- Proven experience in a similar HR administration and payroll role
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and payroll processes
- Proficiency with payroll tools and HRIS
- Meticulous, well-organized, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach
- Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week according to a fixed schedule
