Key responsibilities & impact

Organize, delegate, and oversee all operational activities: receiving, put-away, order preparation, and shipping
Anticipate and manage priorities
Participate in and lead meetings
Prepare activity reports and document issues encountered
Demonstrate responsiveness and initiative
Take ownership of Kelio for time tracking and scheduling
Conduct annual performance reviews
Lead continuous improvement projects and analyze KPIs
Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Sales, and service providers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing logistics teams across receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipping operations
Strong knowledge of inventory management tools and logistics information systems (ITSM or equivalent)
Leadership, organizational rigor, and a hands-on approach
Ability to lead continuous improvement projects and analyze KPIs
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including Procurement, Quality, Sales, and service providers
Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and the Alliance ERP system
Variable scheduled hours, daytime work only
