About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and enhance data pipelines using Python, AWS Glue, and dbt
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of existing data processes
- Write SQL queries to meet the needs of the Data team
- Participate in the integration of new tools and the implementation of inbound and outbound data flows
- Contribute to the deployment and evolution of the data infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code
- Participate in the development of AI agents and skills
- Experiment with new uses of AI in development and the automation of technical tasks
- Perform analyses and ad hoc queries
- Contribute occasionally to reporting and making data available in Tableau
Requirements
What you’ll need- Final-year student at an engineering school or university, specializing in data or computer science
- Seeking a six-month internship
- Strong foundation in Python and SQL
- Interest in data engineering, data pipelines, and cloud environments
- Curious, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Interest in cloud technologies, particularly AWS
- Interest in AI and its applications in development and automation
- Prior experience with dbt, Spark, or a data visualization tool is a plus
