About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead planning, forecasting, and pipeline management for Provider Recruitment & Experience and PCP / EAP
- Architect Revenue Operations’ core data layer connecting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance information
- Define how AI is used in Revenue Operations to improve GTM efficiency, forecasting, and decision-making
- Build and maintain data models, pipelines, and analytics products
- Design segmentation, coverage, territory, account allocation, and capacity planning frameworks
- Align data architecture, tooling, and processes with Systems and Strategy & Operations teams
- Research, test, and roll out AI tools and vendors
- Establish scalable data governance, quality standards, and documentation
- Build executive dashboards and analyses supporting revenue strategy and company-wide reporting
- Coordinate Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Product to maintain the Revenue Strategy roadmap
- Build playbooks, processes, and operating cadences to scale both businesses
- Advise Revenue leadership on AI and modern data infrastructure for go-to-market operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years in GTM Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A / Strategic Finance, Business Operations, or a closely related function
- Track record of building commercial infrastructure from the ground up at an early-stage or rapidly scaling company
- Hands-on ability writing SQL and code, designing data models, and building pipelines
- Fluency with the modern AI landscape and experience turning emerging tools into practical, production use cases
- Ability to move between strategy, analysis, process design, and hands-on systems implementation
- Experience leading forecasting, territory planning, pipeline management, and executive business reviews
- Strong command of CRM platforms, BI tools, spreadsheets, and modern GTM systems
- Excellent judgment and cross-functional instincts
- Ability to turn messy information into clear decisions and scalable processes
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
