About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive data-driven insights and reporting for Product at Grow Therapy
- Support the Lives Covered product group, focused on Billing & Payments features
- Partner with Product and technical stakeholders to prioritize analytical needs
- Support product launches, decision-making, and ad hoc requests with clear, data-driven insights
- Develop, maintain, and evolve core product and performance reporting
- Build scalable, reliable datasets and business-critical dashboards
- Support experimentation and A/B testing through design, execution, analysis, and actionable conclusions
- Create data visualizations and storytelling assets for diverse audiences
- Collaborate on complex, high-impact analytical projects, including data modeling and OKR development
- Work with data scientists and data engineers to improve data availability, integrity, accuracy, reliability, and pipeline quality
- Identify opportunities to improve claims collection and reduce billing friction
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years proven experience using analytics to tackle business problems across multiple product/project areas and teams
- Strong SQL skills
- Intermediate understanding of experimental design, such as A/B experiments
- Expertise building business-critical dashboards and data visualizations, ideally within Hex
- Experience with data modeling using dbt or eagerness to learn
- Experience with data storytelling and communicating insights to executives
- Prior experience analyzing healthcare data, particularly claims lifecycle and patient billing processes
- Effective communication and relationship-building with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work hybrid in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from a hub location: New York City, San Francisco, or Seattle
- Authorization to work lawfully in the United States
