About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Architect and ship end-to-end technical architecture for assigned GTM motions
  • Design data models, automation logic, and integration patterns
  • Design and deploy Claude-based AI agents for referral triage, document parsing, account research, and other GTM tasks
  • Run experimentation loops by shipping quickly, measuring impact, and iterating or discontinuing based on data
  • Evaluate the GTM technology stack and recommend consolidation or upgrades
  • Implement rigorous sandbox testing and deployment processes
  • Maintain technical schema maps documenting system logic
  • Define and enforce data governance standards
  • Build monitoring and self-healing automations for failed data syncs and broken logic
  • Partner with the GTM Engineering Lead and Enterprise & GTM Architecture on shared standards and governance
  • Build PCP referral systems that increase inbound physician referrals and successful patient intakes
  • Build the EAP systems foundation for employer and consultant growth
  • Build Provider Experience recruitment, credentialing, and retention pipelines
  • Increase the number of credentialed and engaged therapists and prescribers without proportional manual effort

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in a technical RevOps or GTM Engineering role
  • Experience with healthcare, benefits, credentialing, or referral/recruiting systems is a plus
  • Architect mindset focused on logic gates, data schemas, API endpoints, and scalable design
  • Expert-level technical knowledge of HubSpot, including Advanced Workflows and Custom Objects
  • Expert proficiency in n8n and Workato
  • Comfort integrating Segment, Gong, Aircall, Nooks, and Clay
  • Proven experience building AI agents and agentic workflows using Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini
  • Experience standing up net-new systems and data models
  • Experience designing CRM data models for complex, multi-party relationships
  • Experience setting data governance standards, including definitions, ownership, quality rules, and access controls
  • Experience architecting systems spanning a funnel and ongoing relationship
  • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States
  • Must answer whether future immigration-related employment sponsorship will be required
