About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery records in the GroWrk platform, including order statuses, tracking numbers, ETAs, and delivery confirmations
- Monitor and follow up on delivery operations, including partner handoff, prep services, shipping progress, customs and export coordination, and final delivery confirmation
- Coordinate with global partners to request and validate shipping information, resolve delivery delays or exceptions, and confirm proof of delivery and documentation
- Quote and process standard, expedited, international export, special, and regional logistics services
- Identify risks and bottlenecks affecting delivery timelines and take corrective action
- De-escalate incidents and manage communication with internal stakeholders across CS, LOPS, Procurement, Enablement, and Product
- Perform regional or account-specific delivery audits to ensure execution quality and SLA compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery workflow efficiency, automation, and scalability
- Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of delivery-related orders across GroWrk’s global operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in International Business, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proven experience managing and maintaining operational databases and tracking systems
- Experience with logistics operations, shipping coordination, or delivery management, ideally in a global environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills
- High sense of ownership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- English proficiency (oral and written)
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini and Claude
