Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain systems supporting the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform
Contribute to the development of an access management product
Participate in solution architecture design and hypothesis-scenario development
Work in a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and feedback
Participate in squad ceremonies and, occasionally, chapter meetings
Ensure code quality and security
Work with a Continuous Delivery mindset, focusing on delivering value to the business and end customers
Promote and guide the team in development best practices, including Code Review, Pair Programming, and Secure Development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Back End development using Node.js and Front End development using React.js/Next.js
Knowledge of REST APIs (Postman, SoapUI)
Knowledge of Microservices and Microfrontend architecture
Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka, SQS)
Knowledge of caching technologies (Redis, Valkey)
Experience with unit testing
Experience with relational databases (RDS)
Ability to assess bugs and incidents and recommend corrective actions
Experience testing APIs and connectors
Ability to propose improvements to code and roles
Ability to create process flows, documentation, and technical designs
Knowledge of GitHub and version control
Experience with or familiarity with generative AI tools for code development, such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot
Knowledge of IAM
Knowledge of Java
Knowledge of Python
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
Knowledge of web performance best practices
Knowledge of AWS (SQS, SNS, Lambda, CloudFront)
Knowledge of GitOps and Kubernetes
Experience working in Agile teams
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Kanbanize
