About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the technical focal point for the orchestration and development of GPLAN, a strategic platform for sales planning, promotional campaigns, and supply replenishment
Develop and enhance the analytical cockpit using React, creating complex, usable, and high-performance interfaces for large volumes of data
Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and database integrations using Kotlin and/or Java
Integrate data ecosystems, predictive and prescriptive models, and AI agents
Apply Generative AI tools and practices such as Spec-Driven Development
Translate short- and long-term planning needs into viable technical architectures
Evaluate requirements, challenge product assumptions, and participate in architectural decisions with Product Managers and technical leadership
Design analytical screens and workflows with fast browser response times
Integrate systems and data pipelines across factories, channel operations, and strategic planning
Promote best practices, Clean Architecture, and automated testing
Participate in delivery alignment and continuous improvement initiatives, reducing the S&OP response cycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong expertise and solid experience in frontend development using React
Solid experience in backend development with Java and/or Kotlin
Experience with microservices architecture and consuming/building REST APIs
Practical knowledge of modeling, querying, and optimizing relational and/or non-relational databases
Experience optimizing frontend performance and rendering for high-volume data
Strong foundation in software architecture, design patterns, and Clean Code
Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and the ability to discuss business rules effectively with stakeholders and product teams
Experience with Kotlin in a backend ecosystem is a plus
Familiarity with or practical interest in Generative AI tools applied to development (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Kiro) and Spec-Driven Development (SDD) is a plus
Experience in Supply Chain, S&OP, RGM, pricing, or demand planning is a plus
