About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and align corporate deliverables (forecasts, budgets, and CFUT) with multiple cross-functional areas, including Sales, Marketing, and Pricing, while considering the various P&L lines of BLZ.
Develop materials for senior leadership, including performance overviews and 360-degree business analyses.
Continuously improve and optimize existing planning processes.
Develop commercial levers for the BLZ channel.
Monitor activities using AI tools.
Collaborate with the team and cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs and help translate them into timely insights, leveraging the data ecosystem and dashboards.
Conduct business analyses, as well as develop performance measurement models and assumptions to estimate the potential gains from new projects and commercial levers.
Manage the governance of all existing data and dashboards, performing the necessary maintenance and either executing or overseeing third-party teams in implementing new information and views as required by the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Previous knowledge of P&L management.
Experience monitoring and measuring performance.
Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and communication abilities, given the interaction with all BLZ channels and categories.
Knowledge of building AI agents is a plus.
Familiarity with financial modeling.
Must reside in São Paulo, SP.
