About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop layout designs for stores and support areas according to business needs, including new spaces for events and work teams
Provide technical support to business units regarding building maintenance, product purchasing, and the hiring of service providers
Develop layout designs and detailed specifications for renovations; prepare budgets, hire contractors, and ensure project deadlines, quality, and technical compliance
Support and lead, when necessary, the maintenance and renovation of external and internal visual communications
Monitor the department’s expenses and investments, including expense reclassification and action plans
Support corporate support areas in developing projects related to the business units
Handle administrative processes, including invoice entry, expense validation, supplier registration, contractor documentation, and contracts
Support the Legalization team with information and documentation related to façades, layouts, and building adaptations
Ensure maintenance of the Central Building by overseeing the team responsible for service requests and property upkeep
Identify and approve new service providers and materials
Request investments for building maintenance and façade-related needs
Maintain ongoing communication with the business units to provide guidance on maintenance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Availability to travel
Knowledge of AutoCAD
Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus
Experience overseeing building maintenance and contractors during renovation projects
Experience with maintenance in companies outside the construction industry—particularly in the retail sector—is a plus
