About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze demand from the sales team through inventory recommendations to ensure higher inventory quality at the branch.
Maintain, update, and improve departmental reports.
Update replenishment data and parameters to meet demand, including what to buy, how much to buy, when to buy, and where to buy for.
Manage supplier service levels by making recommendations to improve operational performance.
Analyze inventory adjustments through transfers to reduce purchasing costs.
Support feasibility studies for new products using internal and external data to expand the product portfolio.
Create scenarios and provide information, simulations, and insights to support decision-making.
Prepare reports that contribute to improved inventory quality.
Ensure process quality and lead departmental projects.
Research methodologies and concepts to continuously improve processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
Graduate-level qualification preferred.
Knowledge of logistics, purchasing, inventory management, and inventory control processes preferred.
Knowledge of demand forecasting, demand behavior, and process improvement preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Intermediate Power BI skills.
Basic Fluig knowledge.
Intermediate SAP knowledge.
