Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, liaising with IT, BI, Marketing, Sales, and E-commerce to discuss and propose business solutions and strategies
Analyze results and identify improvement opportunities based on data and customer behavior, including purchase history
Develop CRM campaign strategies: create, execute, monitor, and analyze customer engagement journeys for different business types, multichannel communications, and customer profiles, focusing on conversion, retention, and loyalty according to customers’ purchase histories
Map and revisit customer journeys to improve their experience with the brand, products, and services provided
Ensure that the actions and campaigns planned in the calendar are carried out
Monitor and report key metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI) for campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
Intermediate Excel skills
Basic knowledge of BI or Analytics tools
Knowledge of or experience with CRM and database usage
Experience or interest in results analysis, monitoring indicators such as sales conversion and campaign performance
Knowledge of campaigns and activities across channels such as email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications
Familiarity with audience segmentation and customer behavior analysis
Knowledge of CRM tools and/or Insider is a plus
Basic SQL knowledge and an interest in developing CRM-focused analyses are a plus
Availability to work in Campinas under a hybrid work model
