About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understand our customers’ logistics service needs and develop processes that address them effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
Integrate operational support activities for internal and external customers, assisting branches with issues arising from operational inefficiencies.
Ensure end-to-end traceability of the Customer Returns process.
Visit Distribution Centers with a focus on continuous improvement, following checklists and implementing action plans.
Map and develop logistics process flows and projects that meet the company’s needs.
Conduct training for Inventory Auditors, Administrative Assistants, and Quality Assurance staff.
Create Smart Warehouse and 5S organization processes, developing clean and well-organized operating models.
Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs, supporting the achievement of targets.
Control and monitor cycle counts and overall inventory.
Track information related to Purchase Returns, delinquent accounts, and warranty claims across support teams and Distribution Centers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a higher education degree, in the final or second-to-last year, in Logistics Technology, Production Engineering, or Business Administration.
Experience in distribution logistics, including internal auditing and inventory control.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Intermediate Power BI skills.
Intermediate SAP skills.
Process Mapping certification or coursework is desirable.
