About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct salary surveys and market studies, analyzing competitiveness by position, level, business unit, and business line.
  • Prepare analyses and technical recommendations for updating salary tables, ranges, and practices.
  • Support and enhance the holding company’s job and salary structure, including job descriptions, evaluations, job leveling, and salary table reviews.
  • Assess financial impacts and pay equity risks, ensuring alignment among job complexity, organizational architecture, and compensation policy.
  • Analyze promotions, merit increases, job leveling, transfers, hires, and other personnel movements, reviewing policies, internal equity, salary positioning, and budget implications.
  • Prepare, consolidate, and monitor the personnel budget, including headcount, salaries, payroll taxes and benefits, provisions, personnel movements, and variable compensation.
  • Monitor actual results against budget, identify variances, review assumptions, and prepare forecasts and scenarios.
  • Lead the holding company’s variable compensation cycles (ICP, ILP, PLR, and PPR), including simulations, eligibility, calculations, provisions, validations, and budget impacts.
  • Prepare cost projections, salary adjustment simulations, personnel movement scenarios, and headcount analyses.
  • Maintain controls for budgeted, filled, and planned positions, integrating the budget, organizational structure, and approved personnel movements, with no People Analytics scope.
  • Prepare, review, and update compensation and personnel budgeting policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Lead or support technical workstreams, organizational structure reviews, impact studies, practice harmonization, and projects with consulting firms.
  • Prepare executive analyses and recommendations for the Coordination, Management, and business leaders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in compensation.
  • Experience with job and salary structures, salary surveys, personnel movements, personnel budgeting, cost projections, and variable compensation.
  • Experience in corporate structures, multi-company environments, and complex budgeting cycles is preferred.
  • Graduate-level specialization in Compensation, Finance, Controllership, People Management, or a related field is preferred.
