Senior Technical Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic and operational liaison between the Technical Department and ongoing projects.
- Organize and manage technical, regulatory, and project records using document management systems and filing methodologies.
- Monitor technical KPIs, conduct periodic analyses, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Consolidate and analyze project and cost center expenses.
- Follow up on requisitions, technical purchases, and contracting processes.
- Monitor deadlines, scopes, and contractual deliverables.
- Prepare and update integrated project schedules.
- Develop predictive dashboards and technical data models in Power BI.
- Support the operation and development of best practices for using the project management system by providing training and ongoing technical support.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience with project management offices (PMOs), technical planning, budget control, data analysis, and contract management.
- Knowledge of Project Management (PMBOK, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies).
- Knowledge of schedule planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, Gantt charts).
- Knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, predictive dashboards, and insights).
- Advanced Excel skills (macros, complex formulas, and dashboards).
