About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning and monitoring of store inventory levels, contributing to product availability, reduced stockouts and overstocks, and efficient replenishment processes.
- Monitor inventory, coverage, turnover, stockout, and overstock indicators, supporting the identification of variances and opportunities.
- Support parameter configuration and adjustments to replenishment processes.
- Assist with inventory planning for seasonal periods, promotional campaigns, and commercial events.
- Develop analyses and controls to drive continuous improvement in store replenishment.
- Identify opportunities to redistribute inventory among branches.
- Prepare and update reports, performance indicators, and dashboards to monitor operations and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Commercial, Logistics, Operations, IT, and Supply Chain teams on inventory management activities.
- Support the identification of improvements to replenishment systems and processes.
- Contribute to balancing customer service levels with capital invested in inventory.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools is a plus, including their use to optimize processes and support decision-making.
- Experience in inventory management, planning, or supply chain.
- Knowledge of inventory management and data analysis tools.
- Ability to develop and interpret performance indicators.
