About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives, typically 8 to 15 workstreams, in partnership with business area owners
  • Lead follow-up routines, problem-solving sessions, milestone reviews, and agenda preparation for tactical and executive committees
  • Constructively challenge initiative design by assessing the baseline, value hypothesis, value drivers, capture plan, and dependencies
  • Identify and escalate barriers, proposing alternative courses of action
  • Train initiative owners in the T-Office transformation methodology, including initiative structuring, stage-gate processes, and impact discipline
  • Foster initiative owners’ autonomy, reducing their dependence on the T-Office
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of status information and reports
  • Build and review business cases, impact models, and baseline calculations with the business areas and Finance
  • Prepare analyses to support decision-making, including opportunity sizing, sensitivity analyses, scenarios, and industry and competitor benchmarking
  • Consolidate the overall portfolio view of initiatives, considering the pipeline, erosion between potential and captured value, maturity curve, and aggregated risks
  • Prepare executive materials for the Executive Committee, Executive Board, and Board of Directors
  • Contribute to the evolution of T-Office tools, such as templates, maturity scales, stage-gate criteria, and tracking dashboards
  • Act as an interface between the T-Office, business areas, Finance/Controllership, and partner consulting firms
  • Safeguard the consistency of information reported internally and disclosed to the market, observing the rules applicable to publicly traded companies and coordination with Investor Relations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Statistics, or related fields
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Strategy, Management, Finance, Business, or related fields is a plus
  • Solid experience in strategy, transformation, project management, strategic consulting, or related areas
  • Experience leading and monitoring strategic initiatives and transformation projects
  • Experience building and analyzing business cases, financial models, and impact analyses
  • Experience analyzing KPIs, baselines, scenarios, sensitivity analyses, and opportunity sizing
  • Experience preparing presentations and executive materials for senior leadership
  • Experience collaborating with different business areas, Finance/Controllership, and/or consulting firms
  • Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil
