About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze reports on return and incineration invoices
- Analyze and reconcile credits
- Manage the accounts receivable aging process, ensuring payments are received on time and preventing losses
- Coordinate with internal departments, especially Procurement, Segregated Operations, and Distribution Centers
- Provide in-person and online support to representatives of manufacturing companies
- Perform accounting and management closing activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of integrated business management systems or SAP
- Experience with accounts receivable and data reconciliation
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data
- Knowledge of reverse logistics and collections processes as applied to financial and operational management
