About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide customer service and consulting support
- Support sales consultants with order acquisition
- Resolve questions, respond to quotations, and handle sales-related matters
- Keep customer accounts and documentation up to date
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups to strengthen relationships and generate new sales
- Work strategically with managers and external consultants to sell short-dated medications and damaged products
- Review and process order-related information for release based on department portals and documentation
- Complete sales in accordance with logistics and commercial policies, using the appropriate store based on customer type and tax treatment
- Perform order checklists to help prevent returns
- Coordinate the submission and updating of financial documents for credit limit and payment-term analysis
- Perform other duties related to the position
