About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead commercial growth and customer engagement across an assigned territory in India
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital teams and institutional stakeholders
  • Create and deliver territory business plans to meet commercial targets and support improved patient outcomes
  • Conduct professional visits and educational meetings to share clear, evidence-based information
  • Gather market and customer feedback and use insights to shape local plans and improve execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; science, pharmacy or medical background is an advantage
  • 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in sales, field roles or account management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and relevant local languages
  • Comfortable using everyday digital tools such as Word, Excel and mobile apps
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
  • Customer-focused mindset with integrity and a commitment to ethical behaviour
  • Prior experience in healthcare, hospital or pharmaceutical field roles is a plus
  • Ability to interpret and explain clinical or scientific information clearly to different audiences is a plus
  • Planning and analytical skills to develop and monitor territory performance are a plus
  • Experience organising professional meetings or educational events is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team is a plus
  • Fluency in additional local languages is a plus
