About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospital specialists, multidisciplinary teams, and hospital decision makers
  • Create and execute territory business plans that meet sales targets and improve patient access
  • Share clear, accurate scientific and clinical information with healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with medical, market access, and commercial colleagues to deliver coordinated local initiatives
  • Use market, performance, and competitor data to identify opportunities and refine plans
  • Manage territory activities, budgets, and CRM records in line with company standards and compliance
  • Meet healthcare professionals and work with local colleagues across the assigned territory
  • Support patient access and care through clear, patient-focused plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience working with hospital-based healthcare professionals
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin
  • Conversational English is an advantage
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic data analysis to inform territory decisions
  • Valid driving licenses and ability to travel regularly across your territory
  • Experience working in a teaching hospital or large medical centre is a plus
  • Background in specialty medicines, vaccines, oncology, or a related therapeutic area is a plus
  • Ability to interpret clinical data and present findings clearly to clinicians is a plus
  • Established network of hospital contacts in Taiwan is a plus
  • Experience working across cross-functional or matrix teams is a plus
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, including managing budgets and territory plans, is a plus
